Training
All our staff at Optyma are trained to the relevant Industry standards and competencies and will be qualified and experienced in delivering across all stages of a project from design, safe installation, integration, and commissioning through to maintenance.
This means that when a member of our team visits a site, the customer knows that the Optyma engineer will be trained to the highest standards and will be committed to supporting the customer to meet their needs by professionally resolving their issues on site.

Apprenticeships
Our philosophy in developing apprentices’ begins with our apprenticeship training scheme, delivered in conjunction with Banham Academy, to provide both classroom and practical experience, which we believe provides an excellent foundation for beginning a career within the Security Industry.
