Optyma's managing director together with the senior management team are all committed to ensuring the company maintains a robust health & safety system with safety embedded at it's very heart. Optyma's health & safety policy is reviewed by senior management and updated annually.
All staff are subject to induction, role specific and refresher training with health & safety consultation and updates provided throughout the year.
Optyma ensure regular inspections, audits and monitoring are undertaken to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
We are also externally audited by public sector and corporate clients.
